Next year, the convertible arrives on the market with which the Chinese continue the British tradition

Two years after showing the concept, MG has finally prepared the production version of the Cyberster electric convertible. As the spiritual successor of the legendary MG TF, it should arrive in Europe next year when the brand celebrates a century of existence.

The Chinese have remained tight-lipped about its features, saying only that it will be high-performance and have state-of-the-art technologies. According to the leaked information, it will be offered in three versions. The basic one would have one electric motor, and the two more powerful ones would have two. For the most powerful, 540 horsepower is predicted, which seems promising.

Its design is modern with several stylish details that pay homage to the British brand's past models. In this spirit, the soft lines of the body and the long hood are also designed, although there is no need for it because of the electric drive. The rear part is also specific, the roof is made of canvas, and the attractiveness is complemented by the doors that open upwards.

It is also an interesting fact that orders for it began to be received even when the concept was presented. According to some news, about five thousand buyers in China have already reserved a copy for themselves.
