Alpine A110 GT
Macedonian connoisseurs of sports cars can now treat their senses with the French competitor of the Porsche Cayman
It took two years of effort to secure the Macedonian premiere of the A110 GT model of the sports brand from the Renault group. In the Automotive Group showroom, the focus of attention is the exotic two-seater that captivates with its appearance and performance.
The mid-mounted 1.8-liter four-cylinder turbo engine pumps out 300 hp, and power is sent to the rear wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission that takes just 260 milliseconds to shift gears. Due to its low weight, of only 1,119 kilograms, it is guaranteed that the first hundred is "caught" in 4.2 seconds and it reaches a maximum speed of 260 km/h.
From the driver's position, which is very close to the asphalt, you can see the excellent ergonomics, which is a function of the sporty character of the A110 GT. Carefully selected materials and a high level of finishing are combined with the inevitable digitization applied to the instrument panel and infotainment system.
The four physical buttons, the red one for starting the engine and the rest in the function of the gearbox, are captured. Alpine is a brand with a great tradition in auto sports, and the experiences of the Formula 1 team have been transferred to the model whose capacity to compete on race tracks is well balanced for everyday use.
We have unofficially learned that the A110 GT costs around 112,000 euros until registration. There may not be a long line of buyers for it, but there will certainly be a crowd of interested lovers of exotic sports vehicles.
